Selecting Multiple Grid Rows

Rows are selected contiguously (sequential).
There are 2 principle ways in which to select grid rows:
  1. Drag the mouse by moving the mouse to the first row to select (ensuring it is not already selected) and dragging the mouse to the last row to be selected.
  2. Use the mouse in combination with the Shift key. Select the first row, hold down the shift key and select the last row. All the rows between (and including) the first and last row should now be selected.
